The New Covenant Part 2

“I will put my law in their minds and write it on their hearts,” the Lord declared in Jeremiah 31:33. With that powerful Old Testament promise, God laid the foundation for the intimate relationship that we as followers of Christ experience today. But it would be a mistake to think that Christ’s fulfillment of the “new covenant” cancels out the covenant God established in the Old Testament. In this message, Dr. Joe Stowell explains why you need to understand the limits of the Law of Moses to truly understand how wonderful the new covenant is. You’ll discover four elements of the new covenant, see how it differs from the old covenant, and understand how you can enjoy a more intimate walk with God—a walk that will teach you a new way of living. This message is part of the All Things New  sermon series. Strength for the Journey is a series of practical and thought-provoking weekly messages featuring the Bible teaching of Joe Stowell. Approx. Length: 20 minutes.
