Interruptions Part 1

We often think about Christ’s arrival on earth in joyful terms. But for the birth of Christ to take place, there had to be some devastating interruptions in the lives of Mary and Joseph. Join Joe Stowell in finding a fresh perspective on the Christmas story in this week’s message. You’ll hear what an “unplanned” pregnancy meant for a Jewish girl in Palestine, and discover what the gospel of Matthew reveals about the character of Joseph. By following Joseph’s honorable example, we can become people who listen to God’s Word and are open to trusting in the circumstances God puts before us. You’ll be reminded that God uses the interruptions in your own life to accomplish great things for His glory. Strength for the Journey is a series of practical and thought-provoking weekly messages featuring the Bible teaching of Joe Stowell. Approx. Length:  20 minutes.
