Getting Over Me Part 1

Do you live to celebrate yourself—or Jesus? Joe Stowell introduces you to a new message, “Getting Over Me,” with a reminder that life can’t be about “me” and about Jesus at the same time. The religious Jewish Christians made this mistake when they put their faith in keeping the law rather than in rejoicing in Christ. Joe points you to the wisdom of Philippians 3, where Paul tells us: “I consider everything a loss compared to the surpassing greatness of knowing Christ Jesus.” Strength for the Journey is a series of practical and thought-provoking weekly messages featuring the Bible teaching of Joe Stowell. Approx. Length:  20 minutes.
