Nkiliji: My Heart, Part 1

View Program

AIDS is the greatest human disaster of our time. More than 14 million children younger than age 15 have been orphaned because of the spread of AIDS, and 95 percent of these orphans live in Africa. In the heart of Swaziland is the village of Nkiliji, ground zero of the HIV/AIDS pandemic, where every week more and more children are orphaned. Here, a pastor, a North American nurse, and a Swazi AIDS activist wage a courageous struggle to save the next generation. “Nkiliji, My Heart,” Part 1 of 2 on this Day of Discovery.
