It’s an exciting time of the year in the NBA. The regular season is coming to an end and the playoffs are about to begin. 

The Western Conference is without question the deepest in NBA history. There are outstanding teams that will not make the playoffs. The team that may win the west is playing in the desert. The Phoenix Suns are starting to play well since they acquired Shaquille O'Neal.

The man behind the Suns is head coach, Mike D'Antoni. On this edition of Sports Spectrum Today, we talk with Mike about the Shaq trade. We learn how the deal was made and what some of the intangibles are that Shaq brings to the team. How did Mike get his team to change their offensive concept mid-season? It’s a question we discuss with the former NBA Coach of the Year.
